Refund policy

Because of the personal nature of soap and skincare, we can't accept returns on opened or used products.

However, your happiness matter and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Here's how it works:

Unopened & unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund(customer covers return shipping).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Not happy with your soap? While we can't take it back, reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we'll offer a solution whether that's a discount on your next order, a replacement bar, or something else that fits.
